PhD-Student working transdisciplinary at the Institute of Nutrition and Food Science; Nutrition and Microbiota under supervision of Jun.Prof. Marie-Christine Simon and at Institute of Genomics Statistics and Bioinformatics (www.igsb.uni-bonn.de/en) under supervision of Prof. Peter Krawitz.

I am interested in using deep learning & machine learning models to solve bioinformatics problems. I am currently working on the ECG project where the aim is to automatically classify/detect arthymia using electrocardiogram data. I am also working on projects exploring gut microbiome axis, mainly gut-brain axis.
