Research: 

I am a PhD student at the institute of Nutritional and Food Sciences in
the department "Nutritional Physiology“ and work very closely with the
department of "Nutrition and Microbiota"

My main focus is the evaluation of the effects of diet-associated
changes in the gut microbiota composition on metabolic markers along the
gut-brain-axis. In this context, we conducted a human intervention trial
in obese to overweight adults.
