Job description
I am currently a master student at the Institute of Nutritional and Food Science and I am writing my master thesis at the department of Nutrition and Microbiota. For my master thesis I am investigating the influence of different dietary interventions on leaky gut markers like blood circulating LPS and Zonulin in adults with metabolic syndrome.
In addition to that I am working as a student research assistant in the Department of Nutrition and Microbiota.
